TL;DR: our TinyMight 2 verdict
The TinyMight 2 (from £299) is the strongest on-demand portable we sell. A 70 W pure convection heater gets it to temperature in three to ten seconds, a swappable 18650 battery means you're never tethered to a charger, and each one is made by hand from solid wood in Finland. It asks more of you than a Storz & Bickel does, with a numbered dial instead of a screen and a draw technique that takes a few bowls to learn, which is why we call it an enthusiast's device rather than a first vaporizer. Rating: 4.5 out of 5. Walnut, White Ash, Purple Heart Special and Black Walnut editions in stock at the time of writing.
On this page
The TinyMight 2 was the first vaporizer anyone bought from this store through Google, and the customer in Cheshire who ordered it knew exactly what he wanted before he landed on the page. That's typical of the device. Nobody stumbles into a TinyMight; you arrive having read the forums, watched the comparisons and decided that on-demand convection is the thing you care about most. This review is for the people a step earlier than that, who've heard the name and want to know whether it lives up to it, with UK pricing and what's in stock today.

Which edition to buy
The four editions share the same heater, battery and chamber. What changes is the wood, the mouthpiece material and a few extras, so the choice is mostly about how much you want to spend on the parts you touch.
The Walnut at £299 is the one we point first-time TinyMight buyers at. American walnut body, a glass ball mouthpiece and a 55 mm glass cooling stem, and £40 to £50 saved over the others. The Purple Heart Special (£339) swaps in an exotic purple hardwood, zirconia ceramic internals and a titanium dosing capsule, and is the one people buy because they want the device to look like a piece of furniture. The White Ash (£339) is the lighter-coloured wood. The Black Walnut at £349 is walnut wrapped in black anodised aluminium with an 80 mm black zirconia mouthpiece, an on-demand boost setting and the option to load the chamber directly without a capsule. If you already know you'll run it hard, the Black Walnut's longer mouthpiece runs noticeably cooler on the last draw of a bowl.
Design and build
Because every body is cut and finished by hand, the grain on yours won't match the photos exactly, and Tinymight engraves a serial number into each one. It's a chunkier device than a Venty, closer to a small torch in the hand, with metal end caps, a metal dial on top and a single side button. There's no screen. A colour-coded LED tells you what the heater is doing and the vibration motor tells you when to draw, which sounds like a step backwards until you realise the whole point of the device is that you never look at it.
The vapour path is glass and stainless steel from chamber to lips, and the mouthpiece pulls straight out of the top, which is also how you get at the chamber. The adjustable chamber is the underrated feature. Slide the stem to set the depth and you can run 0.05 g microdoses for a quick hit or a full 0.25 g for a long evening session, and the dosing capsule in the box means you can preload and swap without touching hot metal.
Vapour quality and the 70 W heater
The heater is the reason the TinyMight 2 exists. At 70 W it has roughly twice the output of most portables, and it's pure convection, so the herb is cooked by hot air moving through it rather than by a hot chamber wall. In practice that means you hold the button, the LED changes and the device buzzes within a few seconds, and the first draw is already dense. Enthusiasts talk about finishing a 0.15 g bowl in two or three draws with a stir in between, and that matches what the device is built to do. The explainer on conduction vs convection heating covers why that speed and flavour come together in a convection design.
Technique matters more here than on anything else we stock. Draw too hard and you'll pull cool air past the heater and get thin vapour; draw too softly at a high setting and you'll scorch the top of the bowl. A light to medium draw of around five seconds is the sweet spot. On the dial, settings between 4 and 6 give the fullest flavour, 7 and 8 give thick vapour with a roasted edge, and 9 and 10 are for finishing a bowl or for concentrates in a capsule. Below 4 the vapour thins out. Expect to spend your first two or three bowls finding where you like it.
The vapour runs warm, particularly late in a bowl at higher settings. That's the trade for a heater this fast, and it's why the longer cooling stems and the zirconia mouthpieces on the pricier editions exist. If you have a bubbler, the TinyMight 2 through water is about as good as portable dry herb vapour gets.
How to use the TinyMight 2
- Grind medium to fine. Finer than you would for a conduction pen; convection needs surface area.
- Load loosely. Pull the mouthpiece out, set the chamber depth for the amount you want (0.05 g to 0.25 g), fill without packing, or drop in a preloaded dosing capsule.
- Set the dial. Start at 5. Position 0 locks the device off so it can't fire in a pocket.
- Power on with three clicks of the side button.
- On-demand: hold the button. The device vibrates when it's ready, usually within three to ten seconds. Draw slowly while holding, release to stop heating. Nothing is wasted between draws.
- Session mode: triple click to run the heater continuously. Stir with the tool between draws for an even finish.
- Power off with three clicks, and turn the dial back to 0 before it goes in a bag.
Battery and charging
The TinyMight 2 runs on a single removable 18650, and a 70 W heater drains one quickly. Budget for around five full sessions per charge, fewer if you live at the top of the dial. That's the one number that puts some people off, and the answer is the same as it is for the XMax V4 Pro, which is to carry a charged spare so the problem disappears. Use high-drain unprotected flat-top cells such as the Molicel P26A or P28A, because a low-drain cell can't feed the heater and will trip the protection.
Charging is USB-C with the braided cable in the box and takes under an hour with a decent charger. There's no pass-through, so you can't vape while it's plugged in, which is another reason to own a second cell and a cheap external charger.
Cleaning and maintenance
Empty the chamber while it's warm and brush it out. Every few bowls, pull the mouthpiece and cooling stem and soak the glass or zirconia parts in isopropyl alcohol for twenty minutes, rinse and dry. The stainless cooling unit picks up residue faster than the glass does, so plan to clean it roughly every other battery charge, which works out at every five bowls or so. Keep alcohol off the wood. A clogged cooling unit is the first thing to check if draws start to feel restricted.
TinyMight 2 vs Venty and Mighty+
This is the comparison everyone asks about, because the Venty (£298.99) costs the same as a Walnut TinyMight 2 and the Mighty+ (£258.99) sits just under it. The short answer is that the TinyMight 2 is faster and hits harder, and the Storz & Bickel devices are easier to live with.
The Venty and Mighty+ are hybrid heaters that hold a set temperature for a whole session, show it on a screen, run on built-in batteries and need almost no technique. Load, wait, draw. The TinyMight 2 is at temperature before a Venty has finished its heat-up, gives you true on-demand draws, and lets you swap the battery in seconds, but it makes you learn a dial with no numbers on the vapour and a draw that rewards patience. If you want the best vapour per second and enjoy the tinkering, it's the TinyMight 2. If you want to hand it to a friend without a briefing, it's the Storz & Bickel, and our Venty vs Mighty+ vs Crafty+ comparison will help you pick between those.

Verdict: 4.5 out of 5
The TinyMight 2 is the device we'd pick for ourselves if on-demand draws and flavour were the only criteria, and it's the one that sells itself to people who've already used a Mighty for years and want something faster. It loses half a mark for the things that come with that design, a battery that needs a spare, vapour that runs warm at the top of the dial and a learning curve that a Storz & Bickel simply doesn't have. None of those are flaws in the engineering. They're the cost of a 70 W heater in a wooden body you can put in a pocket. It heads up our connoisseur vaporizers collection, and if this is your first vaporizer we'd gently point you at the best dry herb vaporizers UK guide before you commit £299 to a device that expects a bit of practice.
Pros: fastest heat-up of anything we sell, true on-demand convection, dense flavour-rich vapour, swappable 18650 battery, adjustable chamber from 0.05 g to 0.25 g, dosing capsule compatible, hand-made solid wood body with a serial number, four editions.
Cons: around five sessions per battery, no pass-through charging, warm vapour at high settings, dial rather than a screen, draw technique takes practice, £299 to £349.
FAQs
Is the TinyMight 2 worth it?
If you want on-demand convection draws and you're prepared to learn the dial, yes. It's the fastest and most flavour-focused portable we stock. If you'd rather set a temperature and forget about it, the Venty at the same price is the easier device to own.
What temperature is each number on the TinyMight 2 dial?
The dial runs from roughly 120°C at 1 to around 250°C at 10, and the manual includes a reference chart. In use, 4 to 6 is the flavour range, 7 to 8 gives thicker vapour, and 9 to 10 is for finishing a bowl or vaporizing concentrates in a capsule.
How long does the TinyMight 2 battery last?
Around five full sessions per charge from the 18650, less at high settings. The battery is removable, so most owners keep a charged spare. Use high-drain unprotected flat-top cells only.
Does the TinyMight 2 take dosing capsules?
Yes, and one comes in the box. The Purple Heart Special includes a titanium capsule, and the Black Walnut edition can also be loaded directly without one.
What's the difference between the TinyMight 2 editions?
Same heater, battery and chamber in all four. The Walnut (£299) has glass mouthpieces, the Purple Heart Special and White Ash (£339) add zirconia internals and different woods, and the Black Walnut (£349) adds a black aluminium wrap, an 80 mm zirconia mouthpiece and an on-demand boost setting. The editions section above goes through each.
