Anix

(4 products)

Anix makes the cheapest dry herb vaporizers we're prepared to stock, and every one of them uses a stainless steel chamber where the plastic pens at this price cut corners. The range starts at £24.99 and stops at £39.99. The Pluto is the leather-wrapped pen with one button and three presets, the Pathfinder is the cheapest device on the site with full temperature control, and the Gemini Pro and Uranus add single-degree control, isolated air paths and bigger batteries. All four are conduction heaters, in stock and shipped from the UK.

Which Anix vaporizer should you buy?

The four Anix devices split by how much you want to think about temperature. If the answer is "not at all", the Anix Pluto (£26.99) is the one. It's 130 mm long, 25 mm across and 60 g, with a glass mouthpiece, a 304 stainless steel chamber and three presets at 200°C, 220°C and 240°C selected by clicking one button.

If you want a number on a screen, the Anix Pathfinder (£24.99) is the cheapest device we sell with proper temperature control, running from 93°C to 220°C in single degrees on an LCD, with a roughly 1 g chamber that suits sharing and an 1800 mAh battery. It's the pick for a first vaporizer when budget is the main constraint.

The Anix Gemini Pro (£39.99) keeps the single-degree control, adds an isolated air path with a cooling section for smoother draws, and packs a 2200 mAh battery into a 115 mm body that fits a jacket pocket. The Anix Uranus (£39.99) is the flat, palm-sized one, with a honeycomb cooling mouthpiece, vibration feedback when it reaches temperature and at the end of a session, and the same 2200 mAh battery.

What to expect from a conduction vaporizer at this price

Every Anix device heats the chamber walls rather than blowing hot air through the herb, which is how they stay this small and this cheap. Conduction gives thicker, warmer vapour and cooks the herb from the outside in, so a stir halfway through a session matters more than it does on a convection device. If flavour is the priority and the budget stretches, the convection models in the XMax range start at £78.99 and have removable batteries. Our guide to conduction vs convection vaporizers explains the difference, and the dry herb vaporizers under £50 collection has everything at this end of the range side by side.
