The cooling unit is the part of a Mighty that turns hot vapour into something comfortable to inhale. Storz & Bickel's own description is characteristically plain: it cools down the vapour in order to supply pleasant vapour and optimal flavour. After enough sessions the seals harden, residue builds in the channels and the draw is never quite the same again.

Available singly or as a three pack. One fitment note matters more than any other: this is the Mighty and Mighty+ unit, and it does not cross over.

A tired cooling unit is the most common reason a well-used Mighty starts feeling harsh or restricted. Fitting a fresh one takes seconds and returns the device to how it drew out of the box, which is a striking difference if yours has been in service a while.

Mouthpiece Included

Each unit arrives complete with its swivel mouthpiece attached, and disassembles into mouthpiece, cap, base and two seal rings for cleaning. Everything you need is in the packet.

Cleaning And Maintenance

Storz & Bickel give two approved methods. Soak all parts except the cap lock in warm dishwater for at least five minutes, or in isopropyl alcohol for a maximum of half an hour, then rinse for at least a minute and dry completely. Wipe the cap lock only, never soak it. Clean no later than seven days after last use, and be aware that prolonged alcohol contact can discolour or embrittle plastic parts.
