Free Take-Back When You Buy from Us
When you buy a new electrical product from herbalvaporizers.co.uk, you can send us an old product of the same type for recycling, free of charge. It doesn't matter what brand the old product is or where you bought it.
How to Arrange a Free Return
- Email us at support@herbalvaporizers.co.uk with your order number and a description of the item you want to recycle.
- We'll send you a free prepaid returns label.
- Pack the item as described below, attach the label and drop it off.
Packing Your Item Safely
- Send the device whole. Don't take it apart or remove the battery.
- Don't send devices with damaged, swollen or leaking batteries. Take these to your local recycling centre instead.
- Use a strong box and seal all seams with tape.
- Mark the outside of the parcel "LITHIUM BATTERIES FOR RECYCLING".

You can also take old electricals to your local household waste recycling centre. To find your nearest one, enter your postcode at recycleyourelectricals.org.uk.
The Crossed-Out Wheelie Bin Symbol
Products marked with a crossed-out wheelie bin must not be thrown away with household waste. They should be taken to a separate collection point for recycling.
